Rules
- Respect: Everyone's experience is different. What may seem minor to some could be life altering to another. No Judgment
- Patience: Be patient with one another. For some of us, expressing pain and frustration may be difficult. It's our job to make it easier by offering patience and support.
- Privacy: Most importantly, anything personal discussed in our meeting should be kept private.
Not adhering to these rules may lead to your removal from the group

Another Day Another Gray is brought to you by Matty P and T. Friends for over 20 years, it took 16 for them to realize it was OK to check in on each other.
It's obvious that mens' mental health has become a real issue, but nobody is comfortable addressing it. After months of discussion and planning, ADAG was launched and the first meeting was a resounding success. The goal of ADAG is to be a multi-platform resource for men to access the tools and support they need to lead a healthy life.
